Michael, one of the PTs, can work with you to strengthen your ankle and leg muscles so you are trail running again. Through dry needling and exercises, you can be pain free. The staff are very welcoming and the facility has every piece of equipment you would ever need. You can even do your first class and would recommend signing up for one if you need some inspiration to work out. Cory was great - attentive, conscientious and creative in diagnosing the causes of pain and developing a treatment program. The team at the Golden office were super helpful navigating insurance and responsive to scheduling requests. Carrie Hamm's expertise and encouragement beginning two days after surgery were excellent. She described the purpose of all the exercises and sent directions on how to continue on your own. Progress was immediate and within six weeks post surgery and twice a week therapy sessions, you can be walking without a limp and reach goals. You can also enjoy the facility and warm reception staff.
