We were fortunate to have seen one of their company trucks with a banner about firewood, and we made an appointment to pick some up. Everything about our experience was outstanding, from our initial phone conversations to our receiving their email receipt. When we got to the yard, Jaime welcomed us, and he directed us to park by a beautifully stacked and measured half cord we had ordered. Had a problematic tree and Autumn did a great job! The process (estimate, service request, removal, payment) was all very easy and they were able to do the work when I was not home. My neighbors were around when the work was done and they were very impressed with the crew! They said the removal crew was efficient, professional, and not disruptive. The tree was preventing my gate from opening and they were able to work around the fencing enclosure.

Seth at Autunm Tree is the best lawncare professional I have had in 20 years. We discussed a current weed problem in the lawn and agreed to defer fertilization and weed control due to upcoming rains. He listened to my concerns and rather than do the application and be done with it, he said it would be best to wait. Very professional and very appreciated.
