I actually learned about my Sub -Zero today. Very nice young technician, Meyer, from American Appliance, took care of my fridge problem, and taught me some important details I didn't know.

I called on a Friday because my Subzero fridge was leaking water. I had an appointment for Monday but Meyer called me up on the Friday, came right over and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used this company many times, and the service is always first rate. I was able to get an appointment for service the next day after my call. Preston arrived on time, analyzed the problem with my refrigerator and then resolved that problem. The refrigerator is operating properly now, and it was a very favorable experience.
