It's an expierence every time ! I keep coming back to the caves because of the unique expierence it provides. The new owners did move some of the plants out of the solarium, which was sad, but it is still very relaxing!
I had a salt scrub for the first time with Luz this trip, and it did not disappoint! I actually came back 2 days later for one more because of how much I loved it !

Never been to a place like this before. The vapor caves can reach up to 114 degrees. It felt like a core reset. Felt like whole body was detoxifying. They have a room to cool down and drink lemon or cucumber water. They have an outdoor area and showers. Lots of different spa packages.
This was one of the coolest things we did in Colorado. After hiking Hanging Lake, we ventured down to Yampah with a reservation for a massage. That includes 2 hours of cave use. We were greeted warmly and shown around to orient ourselves. The massage was absolutely fantastic. The therapist asked just the right questions to deliver the perfect massage. After the massage, we rehydrated in the solarium and then explored the caves. The different areas were naturally different temperatures which was nice.
