About Glenwood Hot Springs Athletic Club
Glenwood Hot Springs Athletic Club is a premier fitness facility located in the historic bathhouse of Glenwood Hot Springs Resort. It offers state-of-the-art weight rooms, Cardio Theater equipment, and a variety of group fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, and cycling. Members can also enjoy racquetball and handball courts, as well as access to the world's largest hot springs pool and a relaxing adult-only wet lounge with a steam room, sauna, and hot tub. The hot springs pool features a smaller, hotter pool and a larger, warm pool, along with high-pressure showers and built-in seats. A good gym if you're staying at the hot springs hotels. Can have trouble finding open cardio machines when busier. Only real complaint is that they don't open until 8:45am on weekends, which makes getting a workout in very hard when you can't knock it out early before the day starts!
Great pool, great view. Gym is decent, while the cardio equipment is fantastic, the weight room is pretty basic. As it is, this will def be a pool I’ll look forward to doing some laps in, especially in the cold months.
I was there for 7 days and had the weekly pass. The facility was super clean. The staff was super sweet. I have the same Locker everyday for the week. I didn't need to bring anything with me but my swimming suit and a smile
