“Our A/C suddenly stopped working on Sunday night and we are new homeowners with no prior A/C experience. We saw the sticker for Bassett on the furnace and figured that was a good place to start. We called on Labor Day and were able to set a convenient appointment for the next day. Richardo came out and was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He shared lots of helpful information on maintaining our A/C system and gave us options to consider for moving forward. We decided our best bet was to join the Guard Dog Club right away. We enjoyed our experience with Richardo, he was patient and informative, gave us quotes to consider and was definitely not pushing us in order to make a sale. We have a follow up appointment with an electrical tech in two days, again set at our convenience. We are totally impressed with the service we have received and highly recommend Richardo and Bassett.“

“My name is Edith, my new furnace was installed December 13, 2024. Peak Performance was hired from a promotion for a cleaning. I had no idea how serious my furnace condition was in until Tom brought it to my attention by showing me how the burners were firing wrong and he was very concern about the emission that it might be admitting. So Tom also put a carbon detector and sure enough it did register carbon. He was so concern he spoke to his manager Nick regarding my situation and his concern.
