He identified issues that other inspectors likely would have missed, including structural concerns with our deck that were later confirmed by a structural engineer. Excellent Service! Very thorough and professional. Even went out of their way to go over things to look for. Our first home in Colorado and the home came with utilities we weren't familiar with compare to our home in Arizona. Very patient. Highly recommend.
