Wow Flooring and Carpets

Aug 2023

I needed some carpeting cut, re-stretched, and tucked in under a newly installed base cabinet. Luis and his son accepted my request around 10:30am and agreed to come by at the end of their last scheduled appointment. A bit after 7pm they arrived and in no time had my office looking great again. I very much appreciate their willingness to meet my needs in the same day as there is a baby shower this weekend that we wanted to prepare for. Now we can happily.

Thanks Luis and son.

When the carpet cleaning company we hired to clean and stretch our carpets had an equipment malfunction and wasn't able to finish the job on the Saturday before we had new tenants moving in, we were in a real bind. I called Luis at Wow Flooring and Carpets on Saturday afternoon to see if he could help us out. Although he was already booked for the day, he told me he could be at our house Sunday morning to clean and stretch our carpet. He arrived right on time and did a fantastic job with both cleaning and stretching the carpet. We will be calling him next time we need to have our carpet cleaned! Appreciated his willingness to work with us and help us out on short notice...read full review
