I went in to get a piece sent for repairs, and Kayla, Meghan, Ashley, and one other female employee who’s name I did not get, were so so soo helpful. I felt like such an inconvenience having them switch jewelry I changed my mind about which they JUST placed. It was temporary jewelry while I wait for the repairs to come back and I was so iffy about the piece I chose and they really wanted me to be comfortable with the piece, that they swapped it out within 15 minutes of closing.
