Sean is a gifted & amazing practitioner! I call him more of a body therapist than massage therapist because it's not a typical fluffy massage. In fact, you stay clothed. But, he is so gifted at finding what needs fixed/helped in your body. He works on the antagonist muscles & just understands so well how our bodies uniquely work. He's helped me many times when I'm in bad pain or have tweaked something, as I'm someone who works out all the time.
Sean is one of the best massages I've ever received. He finds the source of pain and tissue problems and resolves them quickly. He also gives amazing tools on taking care of your body outside of sessions. We're lucky to have him in Northern Colorado.
I have been a client of Sean's for a few years now, and have brought every member of my family to him over time. He is currently working relentlessly to fix my frozen shoulder, and I am thrilled to be regaining a range of motion. In the past he has corrected an injury so sever I could barely walk for days.This is not simply relaxing massage, but serious , deep, and effective bodywork on the different strata of musculature. I challenge you to find anyone else in Colorado who is as skilled and knowledgeable as Sean.
