“I went in to get a piece sent for repairs, and Kayla, Meghan, Ashley, and one other female employee who’s name I did not get, were so so soo helpful. I felt like such an inconvenience having them switch jewelry I changed my mind about which they JUST placed. It was temporary jewelry while I wait for the repairs to come back and I was so iffy about the piece I chose and they really wanted me to be comfortable with the piece, that they swapped it out within 15 minutes of closing. Such great people, honestly I felt terrible asking for it and they were so willing to switch it out. I’m not saying to ask for a piece done while they’re about to close, but I’m so appreciative for them to be so so willing to help, it truly shows the great people who work here.“
