Cei is meticulously professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and talented. He’s created an inclusive and welcoming tattoo studio where everyone and anyone can feel comfortable and welcome. I felt like I had known him for years when I walked into his studio: there’s something comfortable and familiar about him. Plus, he does great tattoo work!
