I was having difficulty getting a pair of broken Oakleys covered by the protection plan I bought with them. The manager (I forgot his name) was extremely helpful and courteous, keeping in touch with me very professionally during the several weeks I waited. He did his research into how to get my glasses covered, and got me hooked up! His associates also were all very helpful and easygoing. One of the only good experiences I have ever had with trying to get a item covered under warranty. Thank you all. The store also has a great selection and is kept up very well.

I have never been to sunglass hut before, so I was nervous to go in, not knowing exactly what I was looking for style wise. Miranda was very helpful and suggested a few brands for me to try. She was very kind and helped me choose which ones fit my face and what lenses I was into. We both agreed a blk pair of Raybans were just what I needed, and I couldn't of agreed more! I hope she gets a good commission there! 4/5 stars due to lack of sunglass options in this particular store.

Great service and knowledgeable. I purchased a pair of sunglasses here 2 years ago and recently had minor damage to one of the brackets. I brought them in to see if any adjustments could be made, Q was extremely helpful and was able to adjust the bracket back and bring them to new condition. Thank you Q.
