I went to Square One around 3 years ago due to INSANE amount of pain in my lower back. They got it diagnosed as vertebrae slippage and got me everything that I needed like a brace, at home therapy, and a new pillow for my neck! I had to unfortunately stop coming due to a job change and just couldn't fit it into my schedule.
But I started to noticed during the time that my back pain was starting to come back, not as severe. But my neck was starting to hurt more then usual. I knew I saw results and felt so much better after my first time around that I didnt look anywhere else for care.

My experience at Square One Health has been fabulous. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Tevontay leads my rehab exercises, and I feel better when I'm done. I also love getting trigger point injections from Emily. I feel great after these especially when I'm not working. I didn't know much about regenerative medicine until coming to Square One, but I'm happy it's an option here. Overall my sleep has improved, I can bend again, and my overall mobility has improved. I'm happy I've been coming here, and I look forward to continue seeing great results!
Alexis is amazing and i've heard nothing but great things about Square One Health. Working in personal injury, we are constantly looking to meet and work with medical professionals. It has been a joy getting to know their team. While I haven't personally experienced their work firsthand, I can tell that they provide quality care to everyone they treat.
