This laundromat stands out for being open at 6am, even on weekends, making it convenient for customers to get their laundry done early. The place is well-decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Customers appreciate the well-maintained machines, which include dryers that alternate directions to prevent large items like comforters from getting tangled. Despite being a small space that can fill up quickly, Spring Creek Laundry offers reasonable prices and convenient amenities, including two restaurants on site. The owner is known for her kindness and responsiveness, often going above and beyond to help customers, including offering delivery services.
This is the only laundromat I will use no matter how far I drive. The owner is so kind, and very responsive. If something is wrong her cell number is posted, and she comes right over no matter what time it is. She is also the only laundromat open at 6am even on the weekends. This makes getting my laundry done earlier so I have the rest of the day free. It is also so clean and plenty of washers and dryers. We love how it's decorated too. Not that it's that important, but it's cute!
Outstanding customer service!! Had an issue with a washer, took way longer than it should have (turns out someone had washed a pillow or something and clogged the drain) I called (on a Sunday) and the owner picked right up, was incredibly kind and was there to help me with the issue in no time. Not only did the help with my laundry but allowed me to leave to run home. They put my item in the dryer and waited with it until it was dry, even offered a delivery service so I didn’t need to come back. Will always go back, nice to have a locally owned business truly care about their customers!
It's a good plane to do laundry with good size will maintained machines. I like that the dryers alternate the way they turn so large items like comforters and sheets don't just end up in a ball and not dry. The only downside is that it's a very small place so it can fill up very quickly. It's also nice that it's open long hours. Currently 7am to 11pm.
