A really great location with food and a bar with pool nearby to entertain you while you wait. The staff is incredibly kind, and the man working that day was so helpful. It was my first time using these machines and he helped me pick the right size washer for my large comforter and gave me tips on using the dryer. I appreciated all of the help and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a laundromat!
Great, clean, friendly staff who was patient with all my questions. Their customer service really stood out. The washers and dryers work great. There is ample room to move around, large store. Countertops to do your folding. Many other amenities. It is nice to be able to just put funds on their loyalty card so you can avoid hold fees on your debit or credit card. I like the fact that the place is open and bright, not all dark and dingy. No questionable characters or panhandlers opening the door for you in return for expected change. Jess is awesome and was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions and requests! She offered to help whenever she could! We found the Laundry Basket to be very clean, very accessible for someone with reduced mobility, and the machines seem to be relatively new and work well. Highly recommend this place!
