The Laundry Basket offers a clean and comfortable laundry experience in Fort Collins and Loveland. With a convenient location, the facility features fast washers and dryers, a pleasant waiting area, and flexible payment options, including cash and card. Customers appreciate the polite and helpful staff, who go out of their way to assist, as demonstrated by the owner’s generosity in providing free dry time for payment issues. However, some customers have noted that certain washers do not fill with enough water for effective cleaning, leading to concerns about laundry freshness. Additionally, customers have expressed frustration with the payment system, as funds added to cards at one location do not work at another. Overall, The Laundry Basket is praised for its cleanliness and customer service but could improve on machine performance and payment functionality.
I've been coming to Laundry Basket on Elizabeth Street for a couple of years now, and it's by far one of the best laundromats I've used. The facility is always clean, bright, and well-lit, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the washers and dryers work exceptionally well. It's clear that this laundromat is well-maintained and takes pride in providing a great experience for its customers. I highly recommend it!
Clean, everything works, bathrooms, nice staff, vending machines, card reader and coin options, music and TV. Came here because all the machines at my usual place were out of order so I had to find somewhere else. Will probably come here from now on even though it's an extra 3 miles from the place I usually go!
I was hesitant about using a laundromat. Glad I found this place. It's clean and everything works. Jess is super friendly and is always a busy bee walking around wiping things down. My OCD appreciates these efforts. It's a good feeling, knowing I can sit in my car and my things won't be bothered, inside.
