The service and support was beyond belief! Aaron Raben was there to support me throughout the entire process, which took over eleven months! Had it not been for his customer service, support and knowledge of working with impossible insurance companies I would have incurred a huge debt. I was totally on my own and without him fighting for me, I would possibly still be trying for fair treatment to this very day!
I will start by saying that I very rarely leave reviews, however this company, their staff and crew certainly merit one.
From start the finish I could not have asked for better.
Their project manager, Andrew Roach came to the house and did an extensive, detailed inspection and explained everything very clearly and in an understandable manner. A clear and concise quote was received in a timely manner. The work was carried out by a very respectful, careful and hard working crew, their clean up afterwards left our garden completely clean and tidy.
Communication was excellent throughout.

Sprague Roofing & Exteriors is an outstanding company. Their team is professional, responsive, and does excellent work from start to finish. What really sets them apart is how generous they are and the way they show up for the community as a member of Realities for Children. It is clear they care about more than just the job, they care about people.
