We had a great experience buying a hot tub here. We looked at many different places, but the customer service at Spa World sold us. We had
some small problems with our new tub within the first few weeks - the Spa World team came out and diagnosed it immediately, and even advocated for us to get a brand new replacement tub even though it could’ve just been patched. They even covered the delivery cost for our replacement tub which required renting a crane due to our lot layout. They truly will “make it right” at any cost which is rare in a company these days.
