Still paying for there mistakes 6 yrs later, they didn't seal around my skylights correctly, leaked inside my house causing damage, ended up replacing all 4 skylights, professional roofers found many mistakes, last week, 6 years later, roof started leaking in my house, in our bedroom, below the upper skylight, causing more damage, found the leak to be coming from the felt below the skylight was overlaping wrong, have pictures to prove it, they didnt follow up to make it right, blaming it on the older skylights, dont use them or any roofers who do the job in one day.

We called Matt when we had a leak at our cabin in Red Feather. Despite being booked up for weeks they made sure they got up there and took care of the roof repair for us. It looks good!

Schroeder Roofing installed a new roof on our home in 2009. The roof experienced manufacturing problems which resulted in a series of shingle blow offs during a number of years. Even though this was not the fault of the roofing company, they always honored their warranty and replaced the shingles each and every time. As this problem continued we filed a claim with the roofing company and were successful in receiving funds to permanently fix the blow off problem.
