“From beginning to end, this was a great experience! Having knee pain interfering with running and then into everyday activities, I finally admitted I needed professional help. At 68 years old, I was treated with courtesy and respect and with the understanding I still could be active. From the initial phone call with Dr. Brady and then evaluation and treatment with Dr. Ryley, care was given to figure out the problem and then to treat it at the session(s) and to provide and instruct a home program and then a continuing plan to prevent this from happening again. Great listening, observation for small movement details, and teaching exercises with instruction, demonstration, assessment, and follow up videos.
I highly recommend UpSlope for any movement pain that prevents someone from enjoying their activities of choice!!
