Had pain in my upper leg/ butt, Mark saw me , assessed me, told me some things to do and I am pain free. Working his techniques into my daily routine (that doesn’t take much time) has been a game-changer.
Really can’t say enough good about Mark and the care that I received. Thank you Mark!
About Muscle Restoration Therapy
Muscle Restoration Therapy (MRT) is a specialized service focused on relieving pain and inflammation in the body by testing and treating muscle dysfunction. They offer a risk-free guarantee that clients will feel 50% better after their first session, or it's free.
MRT has received positive feedback from clients who consider the service an essential part of their self-care routine. The "full body 30-minute massage" with the Buffer is especially praised for its ability to stimulate blood flow, assist in lymphatic clearing, and provide a full-body "reboot" and "boost" to the immune system. Many clients, including individuals who have faced significant challenges, look forward to their sessions every two weeks.
People suffering from back, hip, and various types of pain have found relief at MRT, even after struggling to get positive results from other medical professionals. By focusing on the recommended "homework" exercises, clients have seen incredible improvements and have been able to return to the activities they enjoy within just a couple of months. With the support of Mark and his team, clients have expressed gratitude for the unique treatment and ongoing involvement in their healing journey.

Who You Going To Call! I have been seeing Mark off and on for probably 7 years now. I started seeing Mark for low back pain. He saved me! Just when I thought I had run out of options. Mark has a genuine concern for his clients and their recovery to full capacity. Since, then I have experienced all that Muscle Restoration has to offer including massage and Target Massage. So, Who You Going to Call.... Mark & staff at Muscle Restoration Therapy!
I've been having problems with my hip flexor for years. I took one visit with Abel and since then I've been able to play soccer and do anything I want to do without any pain.
