Amazing construction experience. I am a former contractor and I will say Nickelson Construction was a fantastic choice. They are extremely thorough throughout the project and most importantly always updating on schedule and keeping us posted on progress. All of the sub contractors were extremely polite and engaging. And I could not leave out the lead supervisor Steve. He was amazing and very informative on any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend Nickelson Construction.
We couldn't be more thrilled with our finished basement and working with Isaac and Steven Nickelson & Co Construction. From start to finish they demonstrated professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations. The communication throughout the project was excellent - they kept us informed every step of the way and were always available to answer our questions. They provided clear timelines, completed the work on schedule, and most importantly stayed on budget. Our basement is now my favorite part of the house. It is functional, and the small details were all attended to with care and precision. Beyond their incredible workmanship, Steven and his team was courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. They kept the work area clean and treated our home gently. Nickelson did an amazing job from start to finish with our big kitchen remodel! Clear and timely communication was important to us, and both Isaac and Stephen were excellent communicators. The budget and timeline were accurate, so there were no big surprises along the way. They set realistic expectations, were highly knowledgeable, and had very good attention to detail. I really have no complaints - any issues that arose were pretty minor and were promptly addressed. The quality of work is absolutely stellar. I would 100% recommend Nickelson for remodels and/or new builds; we hope to work with them again in the future!
