Savant Homes built our new patio home and we could not be happier! Our home was designed to meet our specific needs and we will live here for the rest of our days. It is the best experience we have ever had with a builder and the construction and finishes are excellent. Our relationship with everyone at Savant Homes was so pleasant along with being responsive and professional.If you are looking to build a home you cannot go wrong choosing Savant Homes. We highly recommend them and they turned a sad 2020 into the the most joyful year for us.

Great from the start. It started with very comfortable, clear, discussion of the project in the Savant Office. It was a difficult project as some issues arose associated with the work completed by another contractor. Savant assisted greatly on working through that problem and jointly developing a solution. Workmanship is excellent, and their web based software kept me posted on the progress, which was particularly important because I was an out-of-town client. Follow-ups on little correction were timely and done well. A quality builder who values their client. A combination of these two things are rare.
