Had pain in my upper leg/ butt, Mark saw me , assessed me, told me some things to do and I am pain free. Working his techniques into my daily routine (that doesn’t take much time) has been a game-changer. Really can’t say enough good about Mark and the care that I received. Thank you Mark!
I’m so incredibly grateful for Mark Rise and his ability to get me back to doing what I love most running. About seven months ago, I was in a terrible horse accident. My knee was slammed into a metal fence, and a nail punctured it. Not only was my knee seriously injured, but my entire body was tight and in pain from the impact. After just one appointment with Mark, I felt a noticeable difference. He gave me targeted exercises and guidance that truly helped my recovery. With his support, I’ve continued to improve and regain my strength. I can’t thank him enough for helping me get back on my feet and back to running.
