Arlene was exceptional!! Trying to find a salon or shop that does ethnic hair is far and few between so finding her was a blessing in disguise… trust me I was worried at first but she knows her stuff… very very knowledgeable and so kind and friendly! I’m so happy to have found her! I love my hair cut! Thank you so much
This was literally the best place I’ve ever gotten a haircut. Arlene is a true master. She has knowledge I’ve never EVER encountered about curls. She’s also incredibly charismatic, intelligent and passionate. She’s made my boyfriend and me lifelong customers and both of us have only went once! We both have curly hair though mine is textured and she’s a truly skilled and styling, cutting and knowing what her clients want. Glad to have her in Loveland!
First, Arlene made time for me to come in (as a new client) before I left on vacation. She explained how and why my fine, curly hair behaved the way it did.
