(HEDS and POTS)
My HEDS and POTS, I deal with chronic pain on a regular basis combined with pots it was impossible for me to exercise correctly or do most things on my own.
I've been with Integrative Physiotherapy for around 2 years and I've noticed a massive improvement in my quality of life and symptoms.

Lyndsay has been the first physical therapist to truly help me in almost 10 years. she listened to my problems and has worked with me to find solutions, not just the same rote exercises I’ve tried before. I have struggled with added health issues, and she has always helped me find a way to overcome them. Very thoughtful and caring practice, highly recommend them all!
I came to Integrative with 2 torn labrum’s (hips) and left being able to #1 play soccer again and #2 run a half marathon, which I wasn’t even able to do before my surgery. I’m very thankful for their unwavering support and expertise through my recovery process.
