It has what you need, the service is good and the guys are really knowledgeable. The only issue is sometimes they don't have enough of what you need as they are one of the few places that sell pool and spa stuff and focus specifically on that service.

A big Thank you to Kyle in the Fort Collins location for his excellent customer service...I needed a replacement filter for my Hot Tub and Kyle took the time out of his busy schedule to research and order the correct filter. He followed up the next day with a call letting me know when the filter would be delivered. Great service Kyle....

Over the past three days we shopped eight spa stores on 287. This is the only one that had nothing to show us and seemingly no desire to sell hot tubs for the foreseeable future. Don't get me wrong; the guy working the store was a nice as he could be, but stopping by turned out to be a complete waste of time.
