We hired HERO Exteriors this summer for a large project: new windows, doors, siding, roof, and an extra layer of wall insulation. Rob, the owner, was great to work with. He was on‑site most days, personally involved with the window and door installations, trim work, and other tasks, and making sure his crews' work met his standards and ours.
Whenever I had a specific request, Rob found a solution and never hesitated to accommodate. Probably more than anything else, Rob's attention to and concern for details, big and small, accounts for our satisfaction with their work.
