I was buying new build and I was super worried about the process due to being first home buyer, but Sascha was super nice and made it easy for me to understand all of the defects that the house had and how it needed to be fixed. He was super thorough about the inspection and made sure everything was checked. He made sure all the detailed issues are annotated and explained to me why it is necessary to fix. He is super knowledgable and made easy for me to understand every issue that I had. I 100% recommend him to be THE home inspector for anyone out there who wants a thorough home inspection.
