I didn’t think that I would enjoy yoga but have been extremely happy with how much I’m enjoying it and how much better my body especially my back feels because of it!!! The staff at Foss is amazing and very supportive, friendly and caring about their clients!! I couldn’t have imagined that I would look forward to each class as much as I do!!
As a 77 year old woman (Linda, not Dean) who had not done yoga in many years, I was hesitant to take classes with much younger people, but was able to participate in the Slow Yoga classes, with the helpful modifications encouraged by the excellent instructors. I am challenged, but feel confident, gaining strength with each class, and enjoying the supportive environment at Foss Yoga.
Such a cozy, welcoming studio. All teachers and staff are so warm and friendly. They make me feel like I might be good at yoga haha. Great variety of classes and times. Exercising here is a joy, not a punishment. Can't recommend enough ❤️
