Moses and his team are doing things right over at Horner painting. We had a 3-story, 3,500 sq ft property in Ft. Collins that was in dire need of an interior facelift and we didn't have a very large budget to accomplish this. Horner gave us a very competitive bid in the Fall and then again in the Spring (they were patient with us as we worked through some scheduling issues). I needed them to do a myriad of things outside a normal painting scope (trim work, drywall repair, cabinet restoration, door restoration, closet restoration, removing existing wallpaper,etc) and they didn't blink at the extra work, they just took care of it for a very reasonable amount. If you have any older wood doors that have seen too much action and want them restored in a financially smart way, don't buy new doors or have someone completely sand and re-stain the entire door. Horner restored our beat up and poorly maintained doors and now they look like new, and they did it for almost nothing. The level of protection for the carpeting, wood flooring, granite countertops, cabinetry, light fixtures, etc was unparalleled. The protection set up work was extensive and took several days but when they do this, they blow and go with the sprayers and get the actual painting work done in about a day. They cleaned up very well and listened to my concerns about punchlist items and took care of them the next day. Horner will get you a very reasonable quote and you'll be happy with the results - I know we are! Time to put this puppy on the market and see how fast it sells.
