I think the service tech, Jason did great I own the misunderstanding on the fee as it was a bit more than I had expected but we have a functioning AC on a unit that is older. No complaints and once we settle down on other items we will set up the yearly maintenance plan as I think that service is a good value.

Tucker was so helpful and professional on our “no cool” call. He took care of the problems with our AC and let us know about things to watch for. His explanations were clear and helped me understand the problems. We were so impressed that we became members so that we can have regular maintenance with Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning!

Our old system came to is end of life. Workers installed new system and repaired/improved some duct work. Metal work quality is excellent. Custom built duct pieces are of much better quality than the original work allowing improved airflow. Workers did excellent job installing the new system and left areas clean after work was completed. Our home now maintains temperature even on the hot days. The new system is quiet.

Ethan is incredibly knowledgeable an absolute AC ninja. Our air conditioner went from struggling for its life to cooling like a champion! He was professional, efficient, and had everything working before we could even finish wondering what was wrong. We highly recommend Ethan and this company. Thanks to him, we no longer have to consider moving into the freezer aisle at Costco!
