He came out diagnosed the problem in about 10 seconds, but had to go up into the attic to confirm. The exiting pipe in the attic was not horizontal and water had leaked into the pipe and blocked the fan exhaust. He fixed the level of the pipe and it fixed everything.
We had a great experience with Evergreen. They replaced a damaged vapor barrier in our crawlspace, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Communication was prompt, scheduling was easy, and the work was completed quickly and done to a high standard. We’d absolutely recommend them and would happily work with them again.
Evergreen did a great job. They were courteous, professional, responsive, and timely from beginning to end. It's been 1.5 months since installation, and the system is working well, based on the readings from our continuous radon monitor.
