Tanya has been my masseuse for years and she never disappoints. I am always thrilled with my experience and my most recent session was no exception. I've been training for my first half marathon and I've been feeling sore and tight in my muscles for weeks. Tanya knew exactly which muscles to target and I felt so much better after our session. I am amazed that she always knows where each muscle connects in the body and she focuses on the whole body rather than just a few points.
