We've gone to the youth clinic for seven years now. Their providers are mostly wonderful and knowledgeable for the most part. The customer service, however has gone downhill. They no longer have a phone nurse triage line. If you want to be seen for a sick visit, you will not be able to get an appointment, so you need to go wait with the rest of Fort Collins for two hours at the urgent care. Their staff seems to be in pure survival and self protective mode ever since Covid, and seem to have forgotten polite customer service skills. We will keep going because we are still appreciative of the medical care that our children receive when they are able to be seen, but... read full review

I have taken my kids to all of the clinic locations. I have enjoyed connecting with so many of their providers. It was also a nice surprise when I had my second kiddo at PVH that the doctor that came to check in with my new baby was a familiar Dr from this clinic. I love that they have an urgent care so the records stay easily connected.

They gave my baby the wrong vaccines. I took my baby in for her 6 month well visit with Dr. Bailey. At the end of the appointment, the nurse came in to give my daughter her vaccines and she gave her the wrong ones. The doctor came back into the room to tell me the nurse's mistake, that she had given my 6-month old two vaccines that were meant for 11- and 16-year olds. I left the clinic in tears. No one from the clinic called me to check on my daughter until 4 days later - the doctor called after I had left a voicemail for the Executive Director Larry Mortensen. I tried multiple times to call Larry Mortensen to discuss this error, left him multiple voicemails and... read full review
