Dr Magruder and the team are fantastic and we are so grateful to find her! She really takes the time to listen and easy for all of us to open up and ask questions. My son is 3 and he loves Dr Magruder and going to the doctor which makes things so much easier. When he was really sick with RSV, Dr Magruder checked in on him daily and eased our concerns. Katie is great too and finished my sons flu shot before he could cry!
I love my PCP! She takes time to really get to know me and my specific needs and isn't rushing me out in 15 minutes to get to her next patient. She also doesn't just jump to throw prescription medications at me. When I had COVID last year, she was right there everyday making sure I was taken care of. This practice is a night- and-day-difference to traditional insurance-paid for care. I've never felt as cared for as I do with Dr. Lentz! If you want a physician who actually cares about you, you should seriously consider her!! 10/10 highly recommend!!❤
I am so glad I found Direct Family Care. I read about the new practice in a newspaper article when they first started and the information stuck with me. The care they offered brought me to Dr. Lentz. I am very thankful I did! Everyone is kind and they are available when you need anything. Being able to contact your provider via a texting system is invaluable. It’s quick and easy to get a refill or ask a question without waiting hours or days for a response as I have experienced with other practices. I highly recommend Direct Family Care of NOCO!
