I dropped in while visiting my family in Fort Collins, and this gym is amazing! Jenny is an wonderful coach who focuses on teaching proper technique (you don't get that kind of expertise at every gym). The people were super supportive and welcoming. It was nice to still be a part of the Crossfit community while away from home. I can't wait to visit again!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in my life, and none of them have kept me coming back consistently like DeNovo has. The coaches are amazing, and really care about your improvement, as well as preventing injury. The gym and equipment are clean and in great shape. And the community is fantastic and supportive.
