I joined GRIT earlier this year. Natalie the owner has built a great place and community. The instructors and other members are welcoming and encouraging. Classes are fun and challenging. I also appreciate that the studio is locally owned and not a chain. If you are looking for a great place to get fit I highly recommend GRIT!

I first came to Grit when I moved to Fort Collins in August '22. I have loved every experience and gained the confidence to try all three modalities the gym offers. Each class brings a different challenge, and all of the instructors are amazing! I made many friends through Grit, so the community is also 10/10!

Held a men's event to get acquainted with gym and everyone walked away happy (also the ladies kicked our butt). Ownership truly cares about the gym as evident by Natalie's presence. Awesome location and awesome concept. Lagree, yoga, and climb all in one!

Local, women owned fitness studio offering classes in VersaClimb, Yoga and Lagree. very modality is meant for everybody, at every age. All methods here are safe for you no matter where you are in your physical journey. We are able to offer full body cardio workouts through VersaClimb, full body resistance based strength training through Lagree, stretching, breath work and yoga all in one space. It is the only workout facility you will need while still getting that personalized coaching and incredible community.
