The staff is very friendly and professional. I've had multiple appointments and everytime they are efficient, personable, and happy to address any concerns to ensure my vision was the best it could be. Thanks to all staff and Dr. Cutarelli.
My experience was really good in all aspects they thought to all the process I was gonna go through, all the staff was very friendly I used glasses since I was 5 years old now I’m 22 and I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner, I think we all get a little scared but the way they treat you at Cutarelli Vision just gives you that confidence and fear goes away, don’t wait too long do it now !!!
My experience with Cutarelli Vision turned out better than I could have imagined, especially because of how they handled the unexpected. Not everything in my process went perfectly — things happen, especially with something as delicate as vision — but what truly impressed me was how they handled it.
The team didn’t brush anything off or make excuses. They listened, took my concerns seriously, and went above and beyond to make things right. Dr. Cutarelli and the staff were patient, thorough, and incredibly professional. You can tell they really care about their patients and take pride in the outcome.
