I am so impressed with Dan’s professionalism and speediness in handling my computer issues. He knows computers and was able to address and fix my computer two days. Our gaming PC started giving error messages consistently and we needed professional help. I have never been happy with the cost, turnaround time or level of expertise at the Big Box Store, so we called Computer PC Medic. Dan allowed us to drop it off that day and had it fixed in 24 hours. Our family has been gaming for over 2 weeks with no errors or software issues. Also, the overall cost was less than the diagnosis fee at the Big Box Store.
