Very personable, very practical, did not try to 'up-sell' additional charges. Handled all aspects well. I highly recommend Comfort Carpet Clean for area rug cleaning! I was moving within the same city, and wanted to get my 5 area rugs picked up from my old home, cleaned, and then delivered to my new home prior to move-in day. I got quotes from Comfort and 2 other local rug cleaners. Comfort gave me the best deal, David was impeccable with communication, they delivered when I need them to, and my area rugs looked super clean when they were delivered. A++ and thank you David!
