I called going crazy with a fire detector that wouldn't turn off. I was called and given advice that saved my sanity. It was the plug in carbon monoxide moniter. Thank you again for helping us!

I had lost power to several outlets in the garage which was affecting my garage door opener and my outside refrigerator and chest freezer. This of course happened on a Saturday and I had the pleasure of talking with Tad on the phone and within a few minutes he was able to diagnose what had most likely happened and told me how to fix it. It worked!! He literally saved me from paying an emergency fee of $300 to have a technician come to the house.
