We thought about using one of the cheap online cremation companies when my husband's brother passed away. After asking a lot of questions at the coroner's office, we decided we didn't have a comfort level using a company based in Denver and its corporate office in California. Decided to stay local with Bohlender. They have handled funerals in the past for other family members and friends and were great to work with at a difficult time.

On May 3rd of this year my beloved brother passed away, Tommy Scott. The Bohlender family and especially Kristin Bohlender was wonderful helping me with the arrangements. This funeral home is very caring and considerate with your loved ones and I would definitely recommend them. Truly God Bless them with helping me in such a difficult time. During one of the hardest moment in life, Kristin was always there a phone call away. Truly God's sent.

While no one ever wants to have to work with a funeral home, I am very thankful that we chose Bohelnder for our needs. We liked them from our first phone call and had been told by the coroner to call around to different funeral homes and could tell from our first call that this was who we wanted to work with. Never once did they try and upsell or pressure us in any direction (others did). They were upfront about the costs and never did anything without discussing it with me too, I appreciated the financial transparency as the death of my husband was completely unexpected.
