This was our first time using Bob's who was highly recommended to us. Miguel came out the same day we called and was spot on with his diagnose. He called the following day to give us the total cost and said he would return when the part came in. He was very professional and honest and explained what was causing the refrigerator to make the noise and eventually making it stop running. High praise to Bob's and especially Miguel.

Service techs were all so so so so nice to work with and I highly recommend their work. The stars are for them.
The lady who answers phones in the office is not kind though, not sure if she’s the normal customer service provider or not.
All three techs I worked with were communicative and kind.

I can't count the many times that I've called Bob's appliance for repairs in our home. I actually have their number memorized. I have never had bad service with anyone on the phone, or with any repair person. Woody has been our repairman for years and we have become very good friends. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He has worked on our trash compacter (not his favorite, but he did it), our dishwashers, range...etc. They gave always been up front with their fees and we have never had any surprises or extra fees at the end of service. I would not hesitate to call Bob's for service!
