It's been a few years because I was so shocked it never occurred for me to tell people. I took my dogs to be groomed. When I picked them up, he charged me for both and told my my black and white Pittie/border collie wasn't comfortable. The next day, my dog rolled in poo and I took him to the shower to rinse it off. The water was black. I shampooed him all over until the water was clean, checked his nails and ears. Long and filthy. He charged me and lied about grooming him.

I have been taking my Portuguese Water Dog puppy to John for a year now and am so glad we found him! He does a fantastic job with my pup who always comes in really needing a good haircut and groom. We couldn’t be happier here and I recommend Big Hearts Grooming to all my friends.

I've taken my long haired cat to John for the past 4 years. Today was the first time he did a lion cut on her. He did a great job and my cat was very cooperative (with my help). John really does have a big heart for animals and I am very pleased with his care of my cat.
