I’ve been going to Be Here Now to see Vali for years now for both massage and yoga and I truly think it saved me! The level of care and service Vali shows is beyond anything I’ve found elsewhere in any industry. I’m much better in touch with my mind and body since starting up here and I’ll always be grateful.

Vali is not only an incredibly skilled and experienced massage therapist, but a wonderful human. Her very presence is calming, nurturing, and healing. I feel so much better every time I see her.

This little gem is located in what I can only describe as a hallway among many other small business. My wife and I have been coming here for the last few years, and we both visit to see Val for masage therapy. Val is awesome and listens to what you have going on to make sure she meets your needs. My wife and I were both involved in car accidents that left us with chronic pain, and massage therapy is a necessity for managing it. The only thing that can be a bit challenging, and it’s at no fault of Bee Here Now is parking. If you are showing up during busy hours you may want to give yourself a few extra minutes. ??
