We moved into a house that we purchased and had Artisan come out to do an assessment. Sean came out and completed a very thorough report, with pictures, of his findings. He explained the issues very clearly and outlined some options. One of his recommendations was a ridge vent system. We had a tri-level house in Fort Collins without AC. So, it was always cool on the bottom level and hot on the upper level. With the ridge vent system it allowed the hot air in the attic to vent out at the peak and out upstairs. Sean and his team did an outstanding job enhancing the ventilation in our older home's attic. Their communication was excellent, the scope of work was clearly outlined, and they completed the project on schedule—all at a reasonable price.
