I’ve seen Marissa twice now and both times I have felt like i’ve walked out with the best haircut i’ve ever had. I feel like she has a magic power to perfectly embody a person’s soul in each haircut she curates.
You can really feel the love she pours into her work; which is also in the gorgeous and serene studio she designed.
She takes her time to get to know you, and ask questions about your lifestyle, your hair routines and goals to cultivate a custom razor cut that is perfectly suited to your hair type. If for some reason I ever moved cross country, best believe I would be making trips back just to see Marissa!! She is a true artist and every haircut I’ve had with her empowers me to see my hair in a different light. She honors curls and all textures. I have always struggled with my mix of curl patterns and fine hair that loves to frizz. But her cuts and expert advice help me to experiment, play, and embrace the chaos. She is amazingly kind and her studio vibe is laid back and restorative. I always love seeing her and would recommend her to anyone!!
