Two of our bedrooms flooded while we were away on vacation. Gregg came right away on a weekend to get the floors, walls, and ceilings dried out. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us. He also provided a turnkey solution for patching the drywall and replacing the baseboards and flooring. Gregg performed all the baseboard installation himself and did a wonderful job. We are very appreciative having a company like Action Restoration help in our time of need. I trust Gregg and would absolutely recommend his company to anyone.
Greg was excellent help with clean up, drying, carpet work, baseboards etc., when we had water tank leak. He was very prompt - brought all the equipment needed (fans, dehumidifiers, sensors etc.) and minimized the damage. He visited and checked our basement daily until it was bone dry. All this at reasonable costs - thank you Greg!
We did not have a large emergency, but it was something that needed to be tended to quickly. They came within 2 hours of the incident and had the whole area cleaned up and drying within 45 minutes. They saved us having to re-carpet the whole floor and saved us a lot of money. Thank you!
