Cassye is a joy to work with, and extraordinarily helpful in complementing my workouts at home. Her enthusiasm, encouragement and ability to identify and address my specific situations (for example, maintaining proper form during a set of repetitions) has definitely made my sessions with her enjoyable!

Cassye is a brilliant trainer and nutrition counsellor. She listens well, modifies perfectly, all the while, teaching how to listen to one's body and nourish it personally.
